Shop Drawing Review

Seismic & Wind Load Assessments

We perform structural analyses to ensure your building can withstand seismic activity and wind forces, in compliance with NBCC 2020 and BCBC 2024. Our seismic design expertise helps reduce risk and enhance resilience.

Site Inspection & Field Reviews

We conduct on-site inspections during key stages of construction to verify structural components are built according to approved plans. Detailed field reports and Schedule C-B sign-offs are issued to support occupancy and permit requirements.

Structural Assessment & Retrofitting

Schedule B & C-B Letters
